SHIPPING AND RETURNS

We exclusively use FedEx to ship all packages. For orders within Mexico, we use FedEx Domestic for shipments of 2 to 4 days. For the rest of the world, we use FedEx International Economy, which takes 4-6 business days to deliver.

 

We will do our best to ship your order as quickly as possible, but please allow up to 7 days for shipping confirmation.

 

NOIR is not responsible for paying additional VAT charges for customs clearance. All customs are separate from the shipping cost and are beyond our control. We are unable to reduce the value of orders to avoid potential customs.

 

Lost shipments and stolen packages from doors/mailboxes are not the responsibility of NOIR and the customer must make claims to the appropriate carrier.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

We cannot offer returns or exchanges at this time. We have provided detailed measurements of each product to help you make the best decision.

 

If there is an error on our part (due to wrong size or damage), please email us and we will fix it. Thank you for understanding.

 

NOIR will not accept any item that has been used, washed or altered for any reason. We are not responsible for normal wear and tear.
